Management System 231 Sag Tubi

SAG TUBI S.p.A. has approved the adoption of the “Organisation, Management and Control” system (hereinafter called “Model”) pursuant to Legislative Decree. n. 231 of 2001 (the “Decree”), concerning the administrative liability of the Company and the entities.

The model contains a series of behavioral principles and business protocols aimed at preventing the perpetration of offenses presumed to be the liability of legal persons covered by the Decree.

The Company, within this model, also adopted the Code of Ethics, a document that defines the set of values and ethical principles recognised and accepts by SAG TUBI S.p.A. and to which it is inspired.

A top priority of the Company is that all partners of the same pursue their activities in accordance with the principles and values contained in the Model and in the Code of Ethics.
